At Conchel, LLC, we aim to provide efficient and reliable shipping. This Shipping Policy outlines the processing, delivery, and associated responsibilities of both Conchel, LLC and the customer. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing & Shipping Time

  • Orders are processed within 72 hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders are shipped using DHL eCommerce, USPS, or ePacket, depending on the fastest available service for your location.
  • Estimated delivery timeframes:
    • Standard Shipping: 14 to 21 business days
    • Expedited Shipping (if available): Varies by carrier and location
  • Tracking information is provided for all orders.

Note: Estimated delivery times do not guarantee exact arrival dates and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as customs, carrier backlogs, or weather conditions.


2. Shipping Insurance & Lost Packages

  • If you purchased Shipped Shield Premium Package Assurance, claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be submitted through Shipped Shield before requesting a chargeback or refund.
  • Conchel, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. Customers must contact the carrier directly for missing packages.

3. COVID-19 & Unforeseen Shipping Delays

  • Due to pandemic-related delays, international logistics issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, orders may take up to 72 days to arrive.
  • Conchel, LLC is not liable for shipping delays beyond our control, including customs clearance, natural disasters, or shipping carrier disruptions.
  • If an item arrives after a refund has been processed, the customer must return it or repurchase the item at their expense.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs vary based on destination, shipping method, and package weight.
  • By default, drop shippers cover shipping costs, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and do not guarantee exact arrival dates.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Due to regulatory and carrier limitations, Conchel, LLC does not ship to the following countries or regions:

Haiti, Kyrgyzstan, Madagascar, Mauritius, Bangladesh, Nepal, Nicaragua, Swaziland, Jamaica, Zambia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Egypt, Sudan, Libya, Algeria, Angola, Bahamas, Benin, Belize, Burundi, Dominican Republic, Gambia, Grenada, Cuba, Palestine, Mexico, Brazil, Paraguay, Yemen.

If an order is placed with a shipping address in one of these locations, it will be canceled and refunded.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees for international shipments.
  • Drop shippers must manage customs fees for cross-border shipments.
  • Conchel, LLC may collect applicable taxes (e.g., sales tax, VAT, GST) on behalf of tax authorities where required.
  • If applicable, customers may need to provide a valid tax exemption certificate (e.g., Resale Certificate, VAT ID, or ABN).

8. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping addresses at checkout.
  • Conchel, LLC is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be required to pay additional reshipping fees.

9. Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

  • Once an order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.
  • Customers must monitor tracking updates and ensure availability for delivery.
  • If a package is marked "Delivered" but is missing, the customer must first contact the shipping carrier before reaching out to Conchel, LLC.

10. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

This Shipping Policy does not override our Return & Refund Policy.

  • If a package is delayed due to shipping, customs, or logistics issues, customers must wait at least 30 days from the estimated delivery date before requesting a refund or replacement.
  • If an order arrives after a refund is issued, the customer must return it or repurchase the item.
