Conchel, LLC Return & Refund Policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction and a seamless shopping experience. Below is our updated return and refund policy incorporating best business practices.


Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, all sales are considered final, and returns will not be accepted.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:


The item must be in new, unused, and unworn condition.

It must include all original tags, packaging, accessories, and manuals (if applicable).

The original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Items must not be in the non-returnable items list (see below).

Note: Items returned that do not meet these conditions may be subject to rejection or a restocking fee.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving approval.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects & Order Issues

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please:


Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Contact returns@conchel.com within 48 hours of receiving the order with:

Order number

Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

A brief description of the issue

We will provide a resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit based on the situation.

Shipping Insurance & Lost Packages

If you purchased shipping insurance, please submit a claim through Shipped Insurance before requesting a chargeback or refund from Conchel, LLC.


This process applies to all customers for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.


Exchanges

For faster service, we recommend placing a new order for the replacement item and returning the unwanted item following our return process. Once we receive and process your return, we will refund the original purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Processing times vary by bank and credit card company.

If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank before contacting us.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are NOT eligible for refunds, even if returned:


Items returned without prior approval

Shipping and handling fees (unless the return is due to our error)

Items marked Final Sale or Clearance

Any item not in original condition, including used, worn, or damaged items (unless it arrived defective)

Orders returned after the 30-day return period

Non-Returnable Items

Final Notes

Due to COVID-19 and international logistics challenges, orders may take up to 72 days to arrive. If you request a refund and the item eventually arrives, you must return it to Conchel, LLC at the designated return address.
