Shipping policy
Conchel, LLC ships all orders within 72 hours via DHL eCommerce, USPS, or ePacket, depending on location and the fastest available service, with delivery typically taking 14 to 21 business days but potentially up to 72 days due to customs or logistical delays. Orders include tracking, and customers covered by Shipped Shield Premium Package Assurance must submit claims through the designated link before requesting refunds or chargebacks. Shipping costs and methods vary and are determined by drop shippers, with most shipments originating from China using untraceable methods. Conchel does not ship to specific restricted countries and is not liable for customs or tax charges, which are the responsibility of drop shippers or, in certain cases, may be collected by Conchel for tax authorities. Due to COVID-19, delays may occur, and customers agree to return refunded items upon arrival.
Worldwide for most products. Some products do have limitations.
Within the USA, it will take 7 to 10 days from the time it is shipped.
Outside the USA, it will take 10 to 20 days for some countries.
Returns and exchanges
Conchel, LLC offers a 30-day return policy, allowing returns within 30 days of receipt if the item is unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customers must request a return by contacting returns@conchel.com, and if approved, a return shipping label and instructions will be provided—returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Refund claims for lost, stolen, or damaged items covered by Shipped Shield Premium Package Assurance must be submitted through the designated link before requesting a chargeback or refund. Certain items, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, and gift cards, are non-returnable. Due to COVID-related shipping delays, customers acknowledge that items may take up to 72 days to arrive, and refunded items must be returned upon receipt. Refunds are processed once the returned item is inspected, and funds will be issued to the original payment method, though processing times may vary by bank. Exchanges require returning the original item and placing a new order.
