Storage is hassle-free too. You can keep the film for up to two years from the delivery date, as long as it's stored away from excessive humidity and direct sunlight, at temperatures below 38 °C.
Before installation, make sure the glass surface is clean and free of dirt and grease. While some polycarbonate surfaces may emit gassing, rest assured that it won't affect the adhesive qualities of our film. To avoid any bubbling issues caused by gas, we recommend carrying out a trial beforehand.
Made from durable polyester material, our film is 36 microns thick. It features an acrylic polymer adhesive weighing 13 gr/m2 and comes with a siliconed polyester release liner of 23 microns. Its application is simple and can be done internally. Plus, it has a thermal resistance ranging from -20 °C to 80 °C, making it suitable for various climates.
Applying the vinyl sticker is a breeze! Just follow these steps:
1. Thoroughly clean the window surface.
2. Spray water on the surface and wipe it with a piece of kitchen roll.
3. Cut the film slightly larger than the window size.
4. Remove the skinny clear backing liner by using adhesive tape on each corner.
